Just dumb luck for me, I pulled the car over into a parking lot and got a ride back home. I went back at night and drove her home when traffic was light so I could run safely without fans.
First up I called up Jeff at IPS (I bought the fans from him) and asked his opinion. He called up FAL and got back in touch with me the same day with a name and number. He told me they should take care of it and now know of the situation. I called up Michele with FAL and everything was going fine. I send her pictures with an account of what happened. I was then given a form to fill out for their official reviews board.
Then I heard nothing back for over a week, so I called up Michelle left a message (this was two Fridays ago), she e-mailed me back letting me know that the claims committee would be meeting next week to review my case. Mind you this is now over 3 weeks since this first started.
So I wrote her
"Michelle,
To be honest every day this is prolonged is a day without my car being
drivable. I understand that defects can and will happen in the manufacturing
process, I also understand freak accidents. This is why in my claim I'm only
asking for replacement fans, and a new radiator purchased at my discounted
rate. Which is more than $200 less than retail, I am not claiming labor, nor
down time, I had done this because you and your company have always handled
this situation with respect and good character.
My car has now been sitting in my garage for three weeks. Please, if there
is anyway to speed up this process, I am willing to help.

Okay fair enough, this was last Friday. So a whole week went by where they were supposed to give their verdict. I called on Monday getting her voice mail.
It has now been over a month. This is really frustrating. I just want to get my car back on the road.
