Are our front wheel bearings rebuildable? Not for saving money but because I want to powder coat them so they dont rust.

No they are not on the TT. They are a sealed unit.
Now if you could find a way to put a grease zerk on one without putting shavings into the bearing that would be awesome.

I mean, you can take the wheel bearing out of the knuckle and powdercoat the knuckle, as long as you keep anything from getting on the surface that the bearing sits in

Yup. Already have my knuckles powder coated. They look great. But when I removed the rotor that wheel bearing looks like crap.
Wonder if I could just spray paint it with some primer or something.

I mean. They had to be put together at some point.....why cant they be put together again.

You have a large press. Thats one item I would not like reinstalling wrong and finding out the hard way. Just hit it with some rustoleum paint.

I do have a good sized press. I think I can do this. There is a bearing manufacture in town and its just taking one apart and mic it to get the correct one.
