If the numbers on Wikipedia are true, not many people are. 1200 on average, with a high of 1700 the first year. Part of that is Nissan intentionally limiting production, but that's still not a big market.

This x everything. Not having factory or reputable Indy records will easily tank the value 15-20%.
Otherwise they're not terribly difficult to work on now so if you do get a higher mileage one or one that doesn't have complete records you should do alright
