Took it off in a rage now I cant get it back together.

Is there any step by step that I cant find? Been searching to no avail.


I tried starting by putting the front pad on that post then putting the spring and plate over it to hold it on. I cant seam to do all that stuff with only 2 hands.

Any easier way to start>?

You take both sides appart?

No but the pieces that I didnt know where they went were hidden under the shoes. I got it late last night with a 2nd set of a hands. I couldnt figure out where the large metal plate went but I found out by ripping the other side apart.
