This is how its done!!! 56k Make Dinner!

Post by CHAN »

I am working on a 2.4 Cavelier head at school for a guy I know and i just wanted to show what a HUGE difference a little cleaning and love will make them look. I love going to school every day haha, I get sad when I have the day off or the weekend comes. :D

Chan, any more details on hooking me up with a set of heads, price wise?

Note: My major issues is I had to tap 4 holes on my heads and unless someone can weld and fill the holes and retap I just want to replace them.

Its called glass peening :) makes it look real nice. Kinda time consuming though. I have probably done that to 50 heads. God that shit gets boring. Congrats again on the job chan.

Sure he cleaned them but he also does port and polish work. So have you done that until you were bored?

Sorry Moff, lack of sleep was getting to me last night. I was crabby as hell and the TEC thread that has been keeping my anger at bay went dead.
