Powered subs

Post by Duck Vader »

Anyone here use compact power subs in the cars? Debating on one for the truck. In my first silverado I had 2 10s and a box under the back seat, but now that I'm older I don't need that much. I also want to keep the area open for more room. I have a 8 in the jeep and it's pretty good. Could use a little more but it's also a much bigger interior space.

Was thinking something like this under my seat.

I've thought about getting something like that for my Lancer if I can't get a factory sub for a good enough price.

If you look at the reviews they look good. I looked at the 3 star reviews and they are the typical low IQ reviewers so you can pretty much throw those ones out.

I was thinking about getting one for my Stealth. It needs more bass, but not like 10" sub with a box bass. I already have an amp that powers my speakers. It's attached to the back of my rear seats, but with the big brakes I have now, my spare is useless, so I was thinking about relocating everything under the floor in the rear where the spare sits normally.
