For $12? For the whole set? I like the idea, but there's no way those are even remotely decent tools for that price.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

That $12 is for one wrench. The full set is $164.99

Have you not priced regular line wrenches off the snap on truck lately?

While these are interesting I cannot think of any instances where I would need my tubing wrenches to ratchet :d ontknow:

Are you confusing Snap on with Hikuni quality?

Speaking of tools anyone look into the new Icon line at Harbor Freight? They look like solid knock offs of Snap on tools. Reviews look pretty solid too.

Now that Sears is dead and craftsman tools aren't as easy to come by and they're made in China anyway, Harbor Freight is my go to for tools now. If I were making a living with tools then I might buy from someplace else.

Craftsman is now sold at Lowe's.

The Icon stuff definitely looks solid, and I've looked at some side by side comparisons of Icon vs Snap On and Icon actually beats it in most cases.

Im with you on the Icon stuff. Made in Taiwan and the rachets and socket sets are solid built. I actually just picked up their Metric Deep sockets with rare coupon last week.

You can thank me later for the coup. Well worth the purchase!

Yeah but they, or at least my local Lowes, doesn't carry the same variety of tools the old local Sears did.

The Kobalt tools seem to be decent vs Craftsman now. I saw Kobalt now has 90-tooth ratchets, which is nice.

I'm not confusing anything. This set, if from snappy, would probably be 800 bucks
