How are they better or not than the stock ones with the oblong attached washer.

They look like they are a bit more offset, which would give more range of adjustment. Are you not able to get your front camber in spec?

It’s close but no. I actually think the old struts have just spread a little from over time.

Well I bought a set. We will see. I am also not sure how this works given it’s just a tab. I’m sure it will make sense once I hold it.

I had to use them with the evo brakes. Had more adjustment that stock but not enough to fix the camber with the evo knuckle.

Care to take a pic of them installed. That little bent tab has me all sorts of curious.

I don’t have them installed anymore since I went back to stock knuckles with Viper calipers. The tab just helps align the eccentric part.

Can you set camber with the car jacked up and wheel off? I feel like you can’t? Maybe this is why mine is a little off?

It’s a fairly simple install. You have to flip the caliper be swapping the crossover tube and bleeder valves. That’s because the Viper is mounted in the trailing location where the 3/S is mounted in a leading position. Then it’s just a simple bracket. Uses EvoX 350mm rotors, and EvoX pads (same size as Viper pads). Need a 5mm wheel spacer with stock 18” 5 spoke rims, not sure about other stock 18s or aftermarket.

It definitely has to be on the ground to set camber.

You get it close and take it to an alignment shop.

Wonder how much it’s off if you have it jacked up, plumb bob it strait, and then put it all back together.

The camber is variable based on the position of the lower control arm. That's why the car needs to be at rest on the wheels on an alignment rack to set it, unless you are willing to repeatedly jack it up and adjust camber, lower it and recheck and repeat as necessary.

If you have four ramps that are the same height, you could jack it up onto the ramps on flat concrete and possibly be able to do it that way using a digital camber gauge.

I get it close jacking it up and back down and take it to a shop. Worth the money to have it done right. Cause every time I’ve messed with the camber, the toe has been off too.

Measures center of wheel to top of wheel well. Jacked up car, took off wheel, used another jack under the a arm and put the hub at the same distance. Got it as close as I could. Obviously gonna go to a shop, just thought I could do it myself. Also rotated my wheels.
