That can be done for bad hard drives because the temperature causes the seized moving parts to contract. silly to try it on an ECU lol

Yeah.. usually only a temporary fix if it solves the problem but is one potential way to get files off of it.

I just had a customer come to my shop to check on his car. Then ask me for $5 for gas money so he could make it home.

Probability he can pay his bill when it's done.... 0

Wow, those guys are even more of cheapasses than 3S people, and sounds like maybe even cheaper than DSM guys. Hard to believe. LOL.

Dude had his mom pay for his "$15k build". He comes in here with pajama pants on and brings his 2 kids with him. Talks about losing his license because he didn't pay child support and going to the methadone clinic "for his foot problem". It's hard to talk to this guy without wanting to either stick a screwdriver in your ear, or punch him in the face. Dude is like "I really need my car because I got a good job lined up." I want to ask where it is so I can call them and tell them they are making a huge mistake.

I also want to slap this guys Mom. What kind of parents sinks a $15K build into a car for a worthless person like this? I feel sorry for his kiddos. :(
