Ha it's a one or the other kind of thing. Besides if I buy Rob's car I'd just have it shipped.

Yeah I do too price seems pretty reasonable given the miles and features.

You'll still need that truck to tow it home after the monthly breakdown.

I really think it's just the lighting and the white balance being off on the camera.

Re: It's over... Time for a Tree
Discovered this week my parents are looking at buying a motorhome and asked if they could store it at our house. In return we would get usage rights. One of the reasons we have kept the Sequoia around was for potentially towing a travel trailer. If the motorhome comes to pass I would really no longer have a need for a SUV/Truck. I went and drove this IS350 today. Was basically ready to buy it, but took it home to ensure we could get the carseat in behind the driver. Unfortunately it was a no go. Meaning I couldn't replace the Sequoia with it. I'd either have to step up to the GS350 which starts 3-4k more for a similar year/mileage car.

Why not put the car seat behind the passenger seat? That's what I have to do in my RS. It actually works out with our garage setup too.

When? I put rear facing in the center of the rear seat.
My first couple years with the kid was in my swift. Funny that the rear facing seat fit better in there than it did in the ex's legacy.

Re: It's over... Time for a Tree
We'd like to have the 2nd before the current is 3, so sometime in the next 2 years or so.
With as often as I shop for cars it's possible I'd replace the IS by then but who knows.

I'd say by the time you have a second, John will be forward facing, and then it should fit no? Or did you try it forward facing as well?

It's possible, but we do not have his next car seat yet. He's still in the infant seat for at least another month or two.

Fitting 2 kids in cars is a pain.
