Add in cost of truck vs what you paid for yours and it will take many years to break even at that little difference of mpg. :ick:

There's no room for that kind of logic here! :D

Why do you need a dual battery system?

Long term goals. Right now running sound system with amp and subs. Going to be eventually running led fogs. Also going to be buying a tent for the bed and we will use it for camping and stuff.

So not needed right now, but longer term it makes sense. Upgrade alternator and dual battery. Just for now what I'm running works. Still want to upgrade the alternator. The one mentioned in the article is $300 on Summit

Debating on scouring Facebook for factory wheels. I really don't like what's on there now.

Hope I didn't break the truck. I was accelerating onto a 45 mph road from a stop when I heard and felt like metal hitting metal from under/behind the truck. Didn't feel like it was between shifts. Didn't see anything in the road and didn't see anything that shifted in the bed of the truck. Drove fine rest of the way home, but it was just about a mile. Maybe I'll just go for a drive around town tomorrow when traffic is light to see if it does it again.

Hoping if something did go it was a ujoint or something easy to fix and not the rear end or transmission. Lol.

If it is the transmission at least I'm not working so I'll have time to get it fixed.

Still kind of undecided as to what looks better. With or without the nerf bars.

My wife does use them. I'm too heavy for them so they serve no purpose for me.
