Cause he talks about how much things cost like air ride, but then spends $350 on a part that is purely for looks.

It looks cool and Coop is happy with it, so that's all that matters. Is it what I would have spent my money on nope, but it's not my money. :d ontknow:

You can look at my car and see that I have never been a “looks” person. I’ve always gone after performance.

Yup air ride is expensive, I will complain about that. Just pisses me off I can’t find real reviews minus the maker of the product. Are these things just not selling? Do people not post up because they know the hate they will get?

Also, wasn’t there a box I could instal in my car to monitor G’s and 0-60 times? I want one before I do the suspension swap and I want to see how they both do.

People are just super cheap in general when it comes to suspension. I see it in all the car groups I've been a part of. The Miata community is really bad because the kids buy the Miata and then want road race level performance for $650 including sway bars. Even in Miata world road race quality starts at $1700, and that's super cheap for the performance you can get from them.

Changed the etacs and didn’t fix my wipers. This is like the last time all over again. They only started working last time after a guy used some sort of probe to put power directly to the wipers and then they worked for years. Till right now.

Washed her inside in the AC today. Damn she was dirty. I really think the last time I washed her was before brg 2018. I use to take her into work and wash/wax her all day but epa says we can’t wash cars outside anymore. That and I don’t get to drive her into work because of baby.

With so little miles put on it, it’s hard to even get dirty though.

I’ve really been all over with thoughts about this car. I want air ride (and have the money set aside from it) but then I see subframes (that I don’t need but love) and want it. But then I get thinking about 3.8 mivec and then I want a paint job.

Really. All over the place with the car lately. Not being able to pick a direction is frustrating. All those things I want have huge set backs and no REAL need. So what I do need and what I am gonna try and tackle is a better tune. Something I’ve read a lot about but still have never really tackled. Current set back is my wideband is configured wrong so I can’t get an accurate log. I am gonna fix that tomorrow so hopefully I can log and try to start figuring out how to tune this thing.

So, what is your ultimate goal with this car? Maybe it would be better to define the goal and work backwards to plan out the path.
