Was talking to a friend about it who is in the business of wrapping cars and he said the wrap job would be $8k-$10k :eek2:

Yeah, wraps are expensive for good ones. The wraps themselves aren't super expensive, but the labor to install them (properly anyway) is a lot. Same reason PPF is expensive.

Yeah I realize that, I was expecting it to be $5k-$6k since a solid color wrap is usually $2k-$4k.

Yeah I wonder how it works with that type of wrap, I assume it has to be printed, and that's a significant portion of the cost.
