The red accent over the dash panel looks nice. I'd agree that doing more interior in red than you have seems like overdoing it - but for sure do whatever you like. The nice thing is that if you decide you don't like it, switching things out is super easy.

Comp seats seemed narrower when I sat in them, and the side bolsters are more aggressive than I would like for comfort. I'd sit in them for a little while before searching for a set...

Indeed it is, now that I look at it more I think if the colors were inverted everywhere besides instrument surround it'd actually look pretty good.

Melis has black with red and black interior  I'm pretty sure hers is a 3LT.

It's not the accent color I'd want, but it looks pretty good.

It's very well done. There's no arguing that. I'd really like to see that layout in another color.

Okay serious response now... I believe you said you were doing some Z06 aero correct?

Might as well slow it down with some aero... ;-)

Yeah. Stage 2. Basically like this:

Image

Splitter, side skirts, wing extensions and grille. I actually have a splitter already. But like my dash, it needs rehab. That'll come when the weather is warmer because I need to paint outside.

After that...I think I'm done. It's plenty fast enough. I already did the computer upgrade. The previous owner debadged it and did the black vinyl on the roof. The interior upgrades are pretty much done.

If I find a good deal on competition seats I may do that, but that's far from definite.

Ooh, good point. Will I regret not being able to cross that 180mph barrier? :chin:
