Actually, the windshield is undamaged. Might be calling you soon about a bunch of other parts though....

I am glad to hear you are okay. I think the reason the cops mentioned you may get a ticket is because of no insurance but you can get around that usually if you were selling the car etc.

First I want to ask you if you went to the emergency room? Actually, let me rephrase that. If you did not go to the emergency room I recommend doing so ASAP and getting checked out. At least for me. You know my job and you know that until you do so I am going to ride your ass and if I have to get your address drive up there and take you myself if I have to. If you did go good. If not...

And if you need extra hands to help fix the car I will be more then 100% glad to come help you. Or just need someone to go have a beer with you have my cell.

Gregs probably like me. When I was in the accident out in Jersey I really did not want to go to the hospital. I just wanted out of the car. I really had no choice in the matter though.

As I said in the other thread man, it really sucks. But definitely keep me updated on whats happening.

when i wrapped my old stealth around a tree i didnt wanna go. the GF ended up making me go. i had a bruised foot

I have full coverage so I'm not too concerned about it that. Im just worried I won't get enough to satisfy the lien and get stuck paying for a wrecked car.

Seriously guys, I'm uninjured. All the cuts were so small, they are almost healed already. Appreciate the concerns though.

I did spend the day at home though. Was researching bodyshops and mixing some more with CD15. I have a ride setup for work tomorrow/rest of the week and Josh offered to cart me around if I needed it. The guys insurance offered $30/day for a rental car, but fault needs to be determined still (somehow). I think they're still waiting for the fucker to call them to make a statement.

Just keep up to date with your insurance company and see if his can reach out to him. Just be polite to his insurance company and they will more then likely help -you- out and be not so polite with him.

I am still serious about going to the ER. I can not stress how important it is to go within the first 24 hours..I am going to spare you from stories but.. Seriously, go get a clean bill of health and then you can rub it in my face when you get the clean bill of health.

I rather you be safe then sorry and not have to hear me say I told you so.

These cars really are tanks and mine took all the brunt.

Actually, the customer service of both my and his ins company have been pretty good so far. I'm meeting with the adjuster tomorrow. Don't think he appreciated it much when I told him I've repaired more of these cars than he's seen in his life time. At least he gets the idea that I won't be short changed and know how the game is played.
