I havent meet a vr4 owner YET who doesnt molest their car at least once everytime they drive it. Why else would buy these cars? So good luck trying to find one that has never been raced or beat on.

I dont molest mine everytime I drive it. Actually shocks my friends because they dont see how I can not have my foot to the floor all the time with the power that it has. Of course 1 ticket is all it takes for me to lose my job, so that could be a big factor.

I've owned tons of fast cars, I don't really do much illegal on the street in any of them, it's not a big deal to keep the pedal out of it until you're somewhere safe off the roads or on a track :)

:smartie:

I rarely ever get on mine when I drive it. In fact, the 13Ts haven't seen over 6.7psi and they've been in for around 6 months :lol:

No kidding. But, the car hasn't moved in over a month now, just because I don't have time to mess with it or drive it.
My car is for sale :suspect2:

If it's going to be your only car though, in all honesty, don't get a VR4, for the exact reasons already stated. They can be really finicky, break at random, fairly annoying to work on, and near impossible to find parts quickly. That being said though, I haven't had much trouble with mine at all aside from a stripped OS/spool, but that's probably because I spent an ungodly amount of money replacing everything under the sun on it when I bought it.
I love the way your paint looks in your sig. is that factory? mine has a sort of orangish tint to it.

Yeah, it's the original paint. The car was orange when I bought it, I just spent a lot of time on it :p

In direct sunlight though, it looks kind of orangish. Our reds are basically identical to the Torch Red on the Vette's. My brothers Z06 looks almost identical to my paint when I'm parked next to it. Reacts the same in the sun too.

Whenever I drive a quicker car (such as the VR4) I don't feel the need to speed as much as I do when I'm in the 240. I don't know why, I just am a much more relaxed and slow going driver in that car; same as when I was in the IS350.
So did I :(
it's because it's green.

Same thing happened when I had my green TT up for sale. "I'll be by to pay for the car and pick it up next week"

I heard that line like 5 times before someone actually took it :(

Green = teh suck

As long as one is able to drive at any given time, does it really matter? :p
