That's a bet I honestly wouldn't feel worried about taking. I've got a 13G and a 14B car (both running 15psi or more and 2nd gens) under my belt (with me at 10psi on 9b's). I won't claim my car is fast by any means, but ask anyone who's driven it and you will be told that it's a fun car to drive. The power delivery is phenomenal and you can definitely feel the 500lbs weight differential.

So if you were a vendor doing this kit, you could buy up worn 9b's, get them rebuilt for $700.

Offer them in the kit at say $900 as rebuilt 15G's.

The ECU is the next epensive part.

After that most of those gaskets and pipes seems to be fairly inexpensive.

I am just saying this seems to be viable to offer as a kit. All though 15G's on a FWD TT might be a bit much, but selling a 15G conversion kit would be bad ass.

I agree with you totally, it was a great project and after I enjoyed doing it. And its a nice conversation starter too at car/engineering things.
