Yeah I was goign to do it right and take it and get it milled. Now I am going to go up fri and if I get it compleatly off before lunch then I will take it someplace while I wait. If not then its just getting a new headgasket and fingers crossed. At least this will get it out of pauls driveway and back home.....I hope.

Got the head off and took it to a machine shop to get level. Cool place, lots of old school things going on in there. I got to watch how they do it and they were really cool, answered any questions I had, and even let me play with some of the tools. The heads were deff warped. He showed it to me. Now I just need to put it back on. What do you all know about copper spray.

Put everything back together but couldnt get the damn crank pully bolt off to put the timing belt back on correctly. I guess I have to take the starter off and put a breaker bar on the flywheel to hold it so I can get that damn bolt off. Sucks that everythign is done but that and I had to go home with out fixing it.

holy shit i completely forgot about this. i posted that at work and cant post pics from there.

1. youre likely reverse threaded for the crank pulley. most hondas were.
2. youre going to need 1 HELL of a half drive impact to break it off. they are on there fucking TIGHT.

Yeah I was using an impact and asked a friend with me, who just changed all his belts, if it was reverse threaded and he said no. I tried both ways either and it never let loose. Its to damn cold today to go back up and fix it. I was hoping paul would time it and then drive it here when he came to help me with my car but thats asking alot.

On a side note we did finish his tt conversion last night and started it up. http://3svideo.vidiac.com/video/a2a7...0600cda221.htm He is happy. I had to give him things off my damn engine to get his going though. Now I need those parts.
