Jefe was the thread he started an internet copy and paste, cause thats nav's style.

Telonis, scan whatever docs you have, front and back, and post them for us so we can see what you may have agreed to originally. If you have no signed papers you have no binding agreement. They should have diagnosed the issue and then quoted a repair.
