Wrap the spoiler in that same blue while you are at it. :)

That would be too much blue. I kind of like what this guy did with his splitter and side skirts though.

He's in England, so his is going to be unique no matter what he does with it. The previous owner was in Scotland.

I like the little pinstripe. Maybe a semi thick pinstripe on the spoiler then?

I've got a subtle blue idea in mind for the spoiler. More to come on that soon.

I may also look into getting some blue aluminum bolts for the splitter end caps. I had red bolts for the Stingray. It was a nice little accent.

This thing has to have a lower temp thermostat in it. The white car was always at a consistent 195 with the AC off. This car runs in the low 170s on the highway and barely gets above 180 at a standstill.

Definitely. Have you checked the PCM for stock calibration yet?

Yeah. All the checksums and calibration history came up clean. It hasn't been tuned.

I just can't understand the people who never take the roof out. It's one of the best things about this car.

And it’s a must if your passenger is going to be jumping to a semi truck!

Got a couple boxes of goodies last night. Picked up some basic stock floor mats from eBay. I decided I don't want to trash the GSCE-specific blue mats.

Image

Shift sent the car out with the mats in the trunk, and some protective plastic stuck to the carpet where the mats should go. It was pretty satisfying finally peeling that off.

The last owner made me a great deal on some spare parts I was thinking of picking up anyway. I got a brand new steering wheel and center arm rest lid, and a shift knob. He also sent me all the maintenance records from the car. That'll be nice to have.

Extra goodies are always a perk. I tend to put all weather mats over the originals anyways. Those look neat though.
