I always thought that too. However other window stickers I looked at did not show it so I’m not sure :d ontknow:

You know you want to put a Fear This plate on the front of that.

If it's required in the state that the ordering dealer is located it will be on the window sticker but is in a bag inside the vehicle. If front plate isn't required the dealer can choose not to have the bracket included.
