I also looked into the price of one of those. Not sure I'd want to spend that much anyway. Do the rods/brackets feel cheap?

Sexy. Perfect place to store the kid stroller, pack n play, diapers and all that other kid jazz.

You only put them up when you need them, so they aren't in the way really. The adjustment knob and sliding bracket is just a plastic stamping not as high quality as the rest of the aluminum extrusions and frame.

Oh I also ran the truck through the car wash after installing the cover only a couple of small drips got through which I can accept.

Part outs are messy. You have all the parts left over that no one wants, then you have to dispose of the rest of the body.

Hmmm that's a decent point but I know a vet who I'm sure would help us out for a small cut of the profit.
