Hey, did you hear someone installed a 4G engine in a 3S?

Although your point is absolutely correct, size differences have far less impact sitting in a fully adjustable car seat than it does while standing up. As an example - the wife at 4'10 and me at 6'1. Once the seat is adjusted for her the difference is far less than when we stand next to each other. Some difference - sure.

Asshole needs to swap in a DSM wing too. All the 3/S ones impair vision!

Whenever you use forceful and overt verbal persuasion to try to convince others to see things your way, they're probably not listening to what you say, Instead they're looking for every error in you your logic and mistakes in your facts, all the while constructing counterarguments. Worse still, they don't merely believe you're wrong; they need you to be wrong in order to protect the status quo. And since the final judge exists in their own head, you lose every time. - The Influencer
Odd question: Do you have to put the seat to the floor in a 3s?
Honestly? I don't recall it has been quite a few years since I sat in one. My body might not be stereotypical either - for a 6'1 guy I have quite long legs and arms while my torso is on the shorter side.. So I might push seat further back than most guys my height but might not have to go as low. All depends on the seat and wheel setup and adjustments.

I like putting my seat all the way down because I drive like a gangsta.

Are you 6'8"?

I drive in a fairly upright seating position, with the seat not quite all the way back. My head almost touches the sunroof shade. (6'2")

I also like the regular banana over the super banana as it hides the rear wiper better. Very minor issue I know....

Where is that old Targa Greg had? That thing would resolve issues.

For now I have adapted to use my advanced racing skills no one else has. Im above sitting in a seat. Seats are for bitches!

I believe 6'8 is accurate
[thestealth] It's not every laborador-sized mammal that gets a damned APC named after it, but the Honey Badger isn't your typical member of the Mammalia class. He's a brutal, vicious killer who kicks asses, never backs down, never registers fear, destroys everything in its path and then adorably trots off into the sunset with his prey in his teeth and the severed nutsacks of his enemies still gripped between his dagger-like claws. It's a badass animal.

[thestealth] just like steve

In my SL I can just fit a finger between my head and the headliner. And my seat is bottomed out.

IIRC seats go down naturally as they go further back so in theory your seat would be sitting lower.

But my point is that our eyeline while different is close and it is much higher that that of Jeff/Toni/Steve (aka the short guys)
Michael, how many words can you type in a minute? I bet you are damn fast. lol
Not too much. In high school I could barely get past 30. I probably on do 50-60 now. I guess it's enough to let my thoughts flow. Lol.
Nah there's plenty of support for the platform, owners are just cheap. You guys seem to shriek at the thought of paying $1,000 for a plenum.. Ha! That's about what a good high HP plenum will cost on any platform. 3s owners just aren't willing to pay the big $$$ to go fast.

How fast could this guy want to go? T4 actually WAS auto, I know because Steve was trying to sell the trans for an insane amount of money and I gave him shit over it. 99% of these cars are not moving as fast as T4 did. Stick a taller tire on (like I did with my ET Streets) and keep it moving.

OD is weak in most cars...people try to stay out of them. My car hits 5th at 160.....

Hasn't Allison gone low 10s or 9s on her atx awd tt setup?
$1k is very expensive for something we don't know how well it works on outside of a 1000+AWHP or 8/9 sec build. There's only a handful of guys racing that fast or making that much power. Most of us will be happy with 5-600AWHP. Frankly, there may be no gains. I'm more curious than anything to have data to prove/disprove it. That's lacking in many areas on a platform that hasn't had many vendor shops. The Xcessive Manufacturing intake manifold for under $500 is more like it. I can't see one going under that price without there being any money to be made on one. You can build one for $200 in materials but it's going to take awhile in labor cutting, fitting, welding, porting, etc without some machining equipment.

I don't know how fast he wants to go but how much bigger of a tire can we fit? I thought much more than 26" and we have issues rubbing the struts?

I have no idea who Allison is.

Bump. Did you guys hear that this sacrilegious asshole also cut up the car for a cage and put an even smaller engine in (2.0 now). Probably not even enough torque to move the car after weight from cage.

The cheap bastard also bought a K1 billet crank for the next stage in development. Douchebag probably couldn't afford a 6g crank.
