Having owned a 2012 stang I vote for z06. Stang was fun but wasn't engaging. You come from miata and autocross. Trust me. Z06 will be more to your liking.

Find a white Z06 (good luck)

No. It was a premium with the power upgrade package and I installed a Cai, cat delete, h pipe, and a tune. But going from the gti to the gt was a huge difference. Felt really numb in comparison and disconnected from what the tires and chassis was doing.

Honestly if I were you I'd test drive both and get whatever puts the bigger smile on your face.

My money is on the z.

That particular Z06 is a couple of hours away so it's hard to test drive and compare

Well that was disappointing went to look a C5 Z06 and the 'dealership' looked like it was being run out of a chop shop. Then went to look at the white Moostang I posted a few days ago and it was super sketchy. A small section of the hood right above the passenger side headlight had been repainted very badly after what looked like the paint chipping off from exposure to high heat. The driver's side mirror was super glued on. The passenger side carpet was wet, and the wear on the center stack was more indicative of 150k+ miles than only 100k .

I have the itch to buy something but shit everything sucks
