When I had issues dealing with my claim I called my personal agent. After a calm discussion with him telling him how they were trying to screw me he got it straightened out for me.

In doing a bit more research and expanding my search nation wide for 07 V8 4x4 Explorers it seems the $9k + taxes and fees isn't too unreasonable for it so I might just take it
