Been thinking about this. I love my wife’s auto up windows and apparently this might let me do it, and a host of other cool stuff.

The global open/close will open/close the windows with the key fob.

That’s nice you get some neat upgrades for very minimal cost.

All the new Fords can have this for the most part with ForScan and a simple adapter from Amazon.

Been debating getting it for the RS, but there are only a couple features I would want to enable, like the window thing and adding the climate control page to Sync, (they left it off for some reason on the RS), so I'm not sure it's totally worth it.

Yea, its very nice. Kind of funny how thats already build into the Ford coding, they just left it turned off.

Nope, I have not, but there is a whole thread dedicated to it on the Focus RS forum.

Yeah, you can even change things like the picture that comes up on Sync3 when your car starts. They're all loaded in there, but it's just coded for which vehicle it is.

It's really interesting as to what you can do, for example on the Mustang, you can install the digital dash on a GT that didn't have it, and all the features work (as long as you install the steering wheel buttons). Just further shows that everything is there, and it's just bits that are turned on or not.

Also have been thinking about getting it to change my TPMS pressure setting, and my tire size, since the all seasons I run are a bit bigger than stock (1%).

I dig that. I was wondering if they do the same at Chrysler. All the upper trim level cars, truck, jeeps have the same display with identical funtions. What i would like though are the Scat Pack, or Hellcat options for G force, track times, etc. Im willing to bet they are stored in there already, and that its just a flick of a switch to turn them on.

That would be nice. I have TPMS too and aside from that option I would like the ability to silence the alarm that comes up on my screen when im at 37psi instead of 38 psi. You have to toggle out of that screen each time to get back to whatever home screen you have set up. Its mildly annoying.

Really figured you had already done it as it seems right up your ally.

Yeah the issue with the RS is it runs 46psi (!) stock, and if it drops below like 38psi it goes off. Most people change it, or deal with the light and run lower pressures.

Been thinking about it, but the stuff I want to do, I don't really need. The tire size difference accounts to 1mph at 100mph, so I'm not that worried about that

On the Facebook page they said a strut tower brace really helps the handling of the escape.

Anyone have any thoughts on the matter? Only ones I’ve ever liked are the ones that connect to the firewall. I doubt these do it.

From my reading over the years, some cars deff do benefit from them as they are just not as ridged. Some platforms swear by it. Some dismiss if.

You are talking about putting a strut tower brace. On a Ford Escape. A SUV. That you daily.

I am pretty sure everyone here would have the same thoughts on that matter.
