That sucks. At that point I would buy new though.

I’m a wrx fan. It maybe my next vehicle….or that new forester….have they gotten the head gasket around 100k fixed yet in subi’s? Or is that just the nature of a H engine?

Color is the biggest one. It's also a Mashup of the top level trim and the performance package that was only available on the mid level trim.

WRX Premium is as low as I'd go and there aren't any in white within about 100 miles.

I could get silver or WRB. The 2022 WRX is due to be revealed in a few weeks and on sale this fall. It should have a hopped up version of the 2.4 Turbo in Jason's new Outback.

Not really a problem on the FA motor. They are actually fairly reliable, save for some annoying oil leaks, if you leave it alone.

Cam gears if you're even a little late on oil changes.

Other than oil leaks I haven't heard anything else.

What are your thoughts on a manual for a daily? I love a manual but for daily I would just prefer an automatic.

Other than that…amazing car, but 40k??? We bought my wife’s Tahoe for just 5k more.

I have a manual for a daily, no big deal :d ontknow:

An STi and a well equipped Tahoe are both 40k+ new, so not sure what is so surprising? Just because it's a 4 door compact car, doesn't mean it should be cheaper...
