I can't get that video to load but I'm guessing it is one of Lone Star Classics Vacation builds.

We're in the very beginning stages of a build of one of their LS40's

That's just friggin amazing. Makes me wish i had the skill, time, and money to build a kit car like that. If I did, I'd be driving a new car each week. :D
