Not much difference. It's more about smell/clean air vs cost. Also if I venture into Oregon or cali with it not sure if worth the risk. Lol.

With LT the only benefit of cats is smell/emissions. Either one will throw codes because of temperature where the rear O2 will sit.

Well, did more digging around.

Got in touch with another vendor.

Ordered a set of ARH Headers with cats for $2000 total including tax/shipping. Direct from ARH would have cost $2600+

Oh lord. This is ending poorly...

Not for a clean one. C6Z still look to be upper 30s for a good one. I also don't want a manual so... Rather build out an A6 with supporting transmission and engine mods.
