That looks like a lot of work to put in for something that might not net improvement. Wish you luck.

Remember when you first saw Nelson’s subframe? Man I thought that was the coolest thing. He was a jack hole but had cool stuff.

I go all over the place with this.

One, I don’t drive mine enough to worry about tube frame or factory. But since I don’t drive it a lot then also why not.

I also think, I have another vr4 at the bottom of the hill that would be very cool to be like an old school STM, tube frame, gut it, see what 9b’s can do.

Or sell both tube frame front and rear and move on.

I don’t know man, but what I do know is if you ever want ones you better buy them when you can find them as it’s not like a lot of places makes these. I still hate I didn’t do CF doors and a lot of other parts along the way.

Not including rear control arms, the difference in weight is 44.6. I think once you include the arms it’s gonna be right under 50lbs.
