Any tricks to removing battery corrosion without getting the battery out? I was gonna hook up a tickle charging port to the escape so I took off the cover to look at the battery to see how hard. Its got a fair bit of corrosion. I would rather not take it out and clean it properly if there is a spray or something I can just spray on it for now.
Any tricks?

I'd take it out so you can properly evaluate any damage and mitigate it.
