It’s likely the u joint. It’s been several years now but PST put a new one in under warranty and fixed the problem.

But what about the aluminum one one? Why was it never one piece?

My guess is the weight savings with a 1 piece aluminum vs 2 piece is not enough to justify it.

Is 3sx really the only seller for the aluminum driveshaft? I google it and seems like it’s it? Same for the kaaz rear diff, a couple others have it but it’s for the exact same price.

Just odd, use to be able to find it cheaper than 3sx.

It looks like 3SX must've signed a deal with PST or something. Even on PST's website for the 2 piece aluminum they are using 3SX's picture of it, and telling you to go to 3SX to buy it....
