Hang with *anything* you might pull up next to?

I'd get a different car, honestly. You are fighting a losing battle against some of the newer stuff out there, and we are running out of replacement parts.

I don’t foresee an SR block being much more expensive especially if it’s hp to liter. If you source the block, crank, and heads, and other bits it’s maybe $1k more. In coops case he gets 4 bolt mains and several more cubes. If he can find the parts himself he can only be in a couple hundred for each item.

As for being proven the upgraded rods and pistons are proven. The only issue with the heads is the valve springs weren’t meant for turbocharged applications, so with enough boost they float. Proper springs resolve that. I should have that one resolved as well.

Hang with does not mean beat. It just means don’t get smoked. And a new car just isn’t happening. Prob build a cobra soon with dad but Lot is other priority’s than a diff car.
