Who approved that? And why does it cost as much as a QuickJack? More, if you take the frequent discounts into account.

That looks janky as fuck. I have a snowmobile lift that is beefier than that.

If you have the front end down, and remove some weight from it - does it flip over the other way? Doesn't seem to have locking positions and can just move on its own back/forth. Guessing you need to have the car positioned pretty much perfectly to be able to pivot it.

It isn't something I'd feel comfortable working underneath.

It doesn't even look like it'll work with most cars. Pretty much anything that has a pinch weld, or cars that have lifting points further apart than the frame of this thing.

It looks almost like a misplaced April Fools joke.
