GoPro dilemma

Post by DCIV »

I have a hero 4 Black that I use at a big swim meet to get races. Well the batteries are as old as the camera. I was gonna swing into Walmart and get new batteries only to see they don’t carry them and hero 5 and up are not comparable.

I would buy a new 7 if they were at Walmart or any other place in town but they arnt. Meet starts tomorrow.

Was thinking battery pack and usb charger? To make it all work? Suggestions?

I had a 5 long enough to fully outfit and then give to my sister because I never used it.

Whatever bit of research I recall doing indicated the battery-pack solution to be the most viable. ;)
