While I was doing the oil I noticed the serpentine belt had a few cracks in it, so I ordered a new Gates belt.

I put the new one on today and it's a good thing this belt has a lot more cracks in it than I originally thought. The whole belt looked like this.

Was the belt made in the US, or in Mexico?

Also, as long as the ribs are not chunking out, those cracks really aren't going to hurt the performance of the belt.

I'll take your word for it, but I'm still more comfortable with a new belt instead of that cracked one.

Coop wouldn’t have bought such a high mileage vehicle as a daily driver. Lol

I was very close. 12.5k. But you are correct, it prob would have taken under 10k and around those miles.

Close, they got about an inch of snow on the ground in Auburn. We drove up to Foresthill to avoid the craziness on 80 and 50.

Nice. We’re sitting in about 4 or 5 inches on the ground right now.
