Gah. Scratch all of that.

Pissed off right now.

The starter started to hang open. So either my key or my solenoid is bad.

Gah!!!

Called in a traveling lawn mower repair man. I can’t figure it out. He should be here in 20.

It takes a lot for fuel to be bad enough not to run a mower. I've used some nasty dirty fuel in a mower before and never had a hiccup.

My push mower is pretty sensitive to water in the gas though

So on the 3rd mow I had hydraulic fluid coming out the reserve. Shit.

I did get a little more aggressive but it shouldn’t come out on a 40 min mow job. So I did a filter and fluid change today. Hopefully it just had some water in it. I showed it to the scag dealer people when I went and bought a filter...they didn’t know why. Huge confidence with those people. Haha.

Well that seems to have fixed the issue. I guess only time will tell but it didn’t give me any problems.

Got a weed eater, that has a drill attachment for a starter. Haha. I tried it, it works. But also the string pull on this is also easier than anyone I’ve ever used.

The drill attachment sounds like far more work than it is worth.. my Stihl started on first pull every single time.. even with 1 year old gas in it hah. Loved both the Stihl weed eater and blower.
