I didn't say they were broken. I said the difference in tone wasn't very noticeable.

Might want to get your hearing checked. :p Again very noticeable to me. Especially when they open up at 3500

19 years ago when I had a VR4 that actually still had active exhaust on it, it was pretty noticeable - especially outside the car.

I actually thought a vr4 was broken when someone brought it in due to the change in exhaust tone while revving it in neutral.

Sure it wasn't just switching over to the section that had rusted out? :p

I've never seen a cat-back rot out on a twin turbo.

I've already removed the license plate bracket. I just need to find a solution to install an S5 badge on it.

I'm not sure how much surface area there is, but would 3m emblem adhesive work? If there is a flat area it should.

If not, you could jb weld a nut on the back side of the batch then use a plate with a hole in it to pinch attach it to the grill. Like the old E36 M grill badge.

I keep telling him...it's time to come to the dark side. :p

Whenever you use forceful and overt verbal persuasion to try to convince others to see things your way, they're probably not listening to what you say, Instead they're looking for every error in you your logic and mistakes in your facts, all the while constructing counterarguments. Worse still, they don't merely believe you're wrong; they need you to be wrong in order to protect the status quo. And since the final judge exists in their own head, you lose every time. - The Influencer
Is the level of bullshit you have to go through to change things in a direction you want, less than than or equal than the level of current bullshit?
