We've stopped answering emails as we can't get parts in any kind of reliable manner. The only way places like Jack's are getting parts is to order them direct from Japan. We could do that as well, but it'd cost a small fortune, and people would end up waiting anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks (or more) to get work done, as we wouldn't be able to stock more than the most commonly used parts.
We've looked into making our own parts, but the we don't feel the market is there for us to justify the financial investment.
It's nothing personal. I'm more upset about it than anyone.
