I don't know what triggers it, but it'd certainly seem as though either something is loose on the wiring harness for the ISC or there's a loose/dirty ground.

Should I merge this thread with your other one? 
Time to test your wireharness. Ensure connectivity between the ISC and ECU as well as make sure it's getting the proper voltage.
I know you're not going to pull out your manual and look which wire goes where so when I get my manual back, I'll look it up for you.
