No, no performance gain, it just doesn't pop off like the factory one. Although the stock one with a t-bolt clamp instead of a worm one holds just fine. Get a new gasket and a t-bolt and you should be good to go (unless the gasket you have is fine to begin with).

Are you familliar with the dejon one? Is there a difference between the two? I might go with the dejon one so i can maintain the black finish.

Hey! :mad: I was talking about 2nd gen 3000's not 1st gens!

I actually like every 3/S, but the 1st gen Stealth is my fav.

Eric, I believe you can't just buy the y-pipe gasket. You have to buy a whole new one unless you buy it used online but thats just silly.

As for the dejon y-pipe, I believe thats for blow through setups only unless they have a stock one I don't know about.

Other then the spyder rims and the 18" chromies, all the stock rims are pretty ugly. Once again, your car is clean as hell Aaron.
