The R8 was high on my list as well.. that car looks incredible.
We can trade off the R8 for the Martin for a day. ;)

Honestly? I would take this:

Image

That way I can go off-road in the various locations, I can take the top off to have a convertable, and have room to store stuff I bought along the way or that I wanted to bring.

I know everyone has these expensive ass cars and shit, but I never have, or will ever want one. There is no point in it to me.

So, ya, the new Jeep JK with a decent off-road set-up would be my choice.

You'll be the one to provide high-priced taxi service into town when some of these megabuck exotics break down

I expect Zentelis will be particularly interested in this service. I suspect he'll chime in with some 80s vintage Italian exotic that is prone to very passionate temper tantrums :D

Gate, I don't know who you're talking about. But Aston's are actually pretty reliable cars (The newer ones anyways).

Also another car I would consider on a trip like this (assuming I couldn't drive the Aston for w/e reason) would be this...

Zent has a thing for old temperamental Lamborghinis and Ferraris.

You know...Zentelis. Has a green name and a thing for Spock? That Zent.

Oh well. That is what my VR4 was and I would give anything to get one again, only in better shape, 100% stock, and never abused/raced.

Please say you were thinking of this:

As soon as we came up with the idea, this was the first car to come to mind for you. This color, this body style - it's SOOO you. :D

*sniffle*
That's my dream car..wrong color (black or red), but that's it. I'm guessing that's an '86 or '85?
It even has the Euro bumpers..when I get mine, the first thing it's getting are Euro bumpers..the extra traffic tickets will be worth it.
I really want an '88.5..half way through '88 they got a suspension upgrade. In '89 (anniversary) they re-styled the vents in the rear and i never cared for them.

Oh, and to answer your question, yeah, that's the first car I thought of :D My back would hate me after 3000 miles of driving in that thing, but my soul would be forever grateful :D
